Our Products
Mōku creates furniture, lighting, and home décor using natural materials and handcrafted production methods.
As a result, variations in colour, grain, texture, pattern, dimensions, and finish are part of the character of our products and should be expected.
While we make every effort to present our products as accurately as possible, colours and materials may appear differently depending on photography, lighting conditions, screen settings, and the natural variation of the materials themselves.

Product Availability
Most Mōku products are made to order.
While we work closely with our artisan partners to maintain accurate lead times, availability may occasionally change due to material sourcing, production schedules, or circumstances beyond our control.
We reserve the right to discontinue products, materials, finishes, or collections at any time.
Pricing
All prices displayed on the website are shown in the currency indicated at checkout.
Prices may be updated from time to time without prior notice.
Shipping charges, customs duties, import taxes, VAT, tariffs, and other applicable fees may be charged separately depending on the destination country and local regulations.
The customer is responsible for any duties, taxes, or import charges unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors that may occur unintentionally.
Orders
Once an order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation by email.
This confirmation does not constitute final acceptance of the order.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit, or cancel orders where necessary, including but not limited to cases involving pricing errors, product availability issues, suspected fraud, or incorrect information provided during checkout.

Payment
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment must be be received in full before production or shipment begins.
For larger custom projects, separate payment schedules may apply and will be agreed upon in writing before production commences.
Orders will not enter production until the agreed payment has been received.
Made-to-Order Products
Many Mōku products are produced specifically for each customer.
Production timelines may vary depending on the materials selected, customization requirements, and workshop capacity at the time of ordering.
Lead times provided on our website are estimates and should not be considered guaranteed delivery dates.

While we always strive to meet estimated timelines, delays caused by shipping providers, customs authorities, weather conditions, supplier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control may occasionally occur.
Mōku shall not be liable for delays resulting from such circumstances.
